The C2 Mission is a Foundation created to
benefit children and families affected by Cerebral Palsy and Cystic
Fibrosis. The
C2
Mission is run and operated by
Jon
and Lauren Goode.
The
C2
Mission was started to benefit both CF and CP because Alison Thomas
(niece of Jon & Lauren Goode) suffers from Cystic Fibrosis, and Jon
Goode overcame Cerebral Palsy.

A special thank you to the Old Time
Baseball Committee for selecting the C2 Mission as the charity
of choice for this year's Old Time Baseball Game. Also, a
special thank you to all the volunteers, sponsors and fans who
came out to watch the game. It was arguably the largest
crowd in the history of the game. In all the Old Time
Baseball game raised close to $50,000 - again thank you so much!

The C2 Mission is
